Message-ID: <deadhead.654387810@through> Date: 26 Sep 90 22:23:30 GMT Sender: news@nntp-server.caltech.edu Distribution: alt Organization: California Institute of Technology, Pasadena Lines: 23 Nntp-Posting-Host: through.cs.caltech.edu I've finally found a book on the toxic levels of nutmeg. In an herb book, describing hundreds of herbs, it says that as few as "two nutmegs" can cause death. I don`t know what the equivalent is for powdered nutmeg, though. I have personally taken at least 2 tablespoons twice, and so has two of my friends. I know of a guy who takes two tablespoons every night before he goes to sleep. I have also heard of a guy who took 4 tablespoons. (By the way, none of the people I have mentioned ever got sick like people have said will happen.) Basically, I don`t know what to tell you, except, BE CAREFUL! As for the affects, I get an affect which is similar to marijuana. Most people agree with that fact. I do have another book which states that the recommended dosage is "10 grams". I would say that a tablespoon or less is extremely safe! So, "MEG-UP and MEG-OUT!" -- }}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}================---------------->>> sTePhEn ThOmPsOn " ...and in the end the love you take is equal to the love you make. "
